Attended the Stewart Milne Offices, to discuss and procure the erection of the first phase of 2000 timber frame houses Main Contractor Lovell Homes in the Canton and Ely area of Cardiff. Very exiting news of a fantastic contract in the making.
Labour Force exceeds 45 carpenters.
Won the contract for the 2000 houses 1st phase, start date 9th March
Received a reference from Pendragon Design and Build
Received an invitation from Taylor Lane Timber Frame to become accredited and be put on the approved contractor list.
Received the PQQ pack from Lovell Homes to become accredited and receive tenders for internal works.
Won the contract from Stewart Milne to erect 6 executive homes Main Contractor Hannick Homes
