Managing Director
Martin Harris

Martin has been a carpenter since leaving school, where he worked in his Dad’s joinery factory until the age of 21, he then went on to work for himself, subcontracting.

He has over 30 yrs experience in the Trade and has worked all over the world: Hong Kong, Holland, Belgium, France and Germany. He is SMSTS qualified and deals with all aspects of health and safety, being passionate about creating a safe working environment. He takes great pride in completing contracts on time, within budget and above all customer /client satisfaction is at the top of his agenda.

Operations Manager
Jarrad Williamson

Jarrad was the first employee of this company and has proven to be a real asset. He has a warm personality and is very popular with staff and clients.

Jarrad is wise beyond his years and has done an impressive job of supervising projects, which has resulted in his promotion to Operations Manager. Whether it be practical or office based, Jarrad has a tremendous work ethic, is extremely reliable and very conscientious.

Construction Manager
Jamie Langdon

Jamie joined us at the end of 2015, he is someone with excellent ability both practically and theoretically. He is an articulate person, remains calm under pressure, and is extremely adept at site management and all aspects of health and safety.

Jamie assists in the management of sites and day to day running of the company. Being computer literate he also works from the office alongside Jarrad & Ben assisting in the pricing of contracts. Jamie is BM Trada certified and oversees the installation of fire doors for the whole of our workforce.

Commercial Manager
Luke Birnage

Luke was the first of our employees to enrol onto the Network75 scheme at The University of South Wales. He has grown into his role well at ACS, now overseeing the commercial side of the business.

Trainee Quantity Surveyor
Liam Evans

Liam has recently joined the commercial team as we continue to expand our client base. As part of the Network75 scheme, Liam will benefit from studying and working simultaneously with the eventual outlook of becoming a Quantity Surveyor. Bringing previous experience into his role, Liam has settled in well and is an important asset to ACS.

Ella Duggan

Ella is passionate about the industry and exceptionally eager to learn. Also part of the Network75 scheme, Ella has quickly become popular with the team and clients. As a bilingual speaker, she has the ability to communicate in both Welsh and English, a sought-after skill for any company. We look forward to seeing Ella develop here at ACS.

Contracts Manager
Anthony Owens

Anthony brings youth and enthusiasm to the team, coupled with 10 years experience. From as far back as he can remember he’s always wanted to be a carpenter. His specialities include cut roofs and first fix carpentry. He is a conscientious individual who is popular and well liked by everyone. Anthony is ambitious and always does his utmost to please customers and clients, enabling the business to become successful. He understands the importance of our health and safety policy and the implementation of it, in our daily work and activities on site.

Contracts Manager
Paul Evans

Paul has been with the company since its conception. Being recently promoted to senior contracts manager after occupying a senior supervisor role for some time.

He is very experienced and knows site carpentry inside out, he is an extremely important part of our operations on all our projects. Paul is very popular with employees and clients alike and always delivers the finished project on time with a high-quality finish.

We as a company are very privileged to have him as projects always run so well when he is involved. He is well respected in the industry by all who have worked with him and is also very knowledgeable and adept with all the health and safety regulations which are paramount to this company.

Gavin Rees

Gavin started his time with the company as a carpenter before being promoted to contracts manager in April 2018, he has a tremendous work ethic and vast experience in all aspects of carpentry. Gavin thinks quickly on his feet and is highly respected by all his colleagues and site management alike. After the demand for our services increased he was the perfect choice to fulfil an additional contract managers role. He manages the projects assigned to him safely, keeps the programmes on point and delivers high-quality work throughout the project. His vast experience is invaluable to clients when problems arise.

Keir Williams

Keir joined the team in the summer of 2021 to assist with the continued growth of the company over the last year. Specialising in 2nd fix carpentry, Keir has proven to be a great success and is now an integral member of the ACS team. Keir’s work-ethic is unrivalled which ensures the projects he oversees are of the highest of quality and delivered within programme.

Darren Manning

Darren proved to be a vital part of the team shortly after joining the company in the early stages, recently receiving a promotion to contracts manager. He is a consummate professional, with an excellent understanding of health & safety. Darren oversees multiple projects that consistently run smoothly, finish on time and within budget.

Fire-Stopping Manager
Owain Jervis

Owain leads the Passive Fire-Stopping department within the company. With the unprecedented demand for Fire-Stopping requirements in the UK, he has been the driving force behind the growth of ACS’s emergence in the market. Owain is BM Trada certified and has vast knowledge of relevant legislation. 

Office Manager
Claire Jones

Claire is the newest member of the team here at ACS. With over 15 years of experience in the Construction industry, she carries an extensive knowledge and understanding of the demands of site work. Managing the daily requirements of the office and also customer care, Claire has quickly become an important figure within the office.
