Won the contract for phase two of the award winning project Golwg y Mor Rhoose. Main Contractor Taylor Wimpey.
Attended a Breakfast meeting as the guest of Taylor Wimpey at the Radisson hotel Cardiff on the 31/01/2018. As they laid out their plans and targets for 2018.
Commenced work on our 61st project at the former Glan Afon Grammar School, the project consists of 47 units a mix of houses and flats. Main Contractor Jehu Project Services.
Achieved the SSSTS Qualification for a further four operatives, which now brings our total SSSTS supervisors to 14.
Attended a health and safety meeting with RedRow Homes at their head offices, they explained their H & S requirements in detail. They wanted to make sure all our H & S policies were complient to what they require, and i’m pleased to say we exceeded their expectations.
Tom Kennedy undertook the CPCS Appointed Person Crane Course, as his previous certification had expired.
We made an arrangement to supply Wates at our Brounton & Clevedon project, to supply all the lift plans for the project and also the crane lift supervisor to lift all the roof trusses into position.
Signed contracts for three new projects, London House Bridgend, Jehu Project Services / Coity Bridgend, Morganstone / Central Chambers Newport, Ian Williams Maintenance.
