Commenced our 70th project, A small cut roof and large side canopy to an existing kiosk on Porthcawl Marina on behalf of Henstaff Construction.
Tenders received from Balfour Beatty, McCarthy & Stone and CJ Construction.
Secured our 71st project, Taylor Wimpey Clare Garden Village in Cowbridge. 169 units make up the first phase which is due to commence shortly.
A further 3 of our employees have completed training and gained crane lift supervisor and crane signaller qualifications as ACS continue to commit to upskilling our workforce.
Currently have 16 live projects with a total of 70 carpenters operating across our projects
Interviewed apprentices from Rhondda and Treforest college as we continue to invest heavily in the future of our workforce.
Had a meeting with McCarthy & Stone to discuss overtaking one of their projects in Llanishen, Cardiff
Secured our 72nd project, Our first for Barratt Homes. Successfully securing the carpentry package on a new development of 65 units in Boverton.
Received correspondence from the construction director at Persimmon Homes to become a member of their supply chain. Another major house builder that will become a valued client of ours shortly.
