Attended the Rhondda Colledge of further education with Wayne Thomas the C.I.Y.B. officer for the Mid-Glamorgan area. To meet and interview all the first year students, ACS. LTD. employed 4 apprentices last September and it’s worked really well for us and for the apprentices, they are really enjoying learning their trade and are exited about their futures.
Commenced our 50th project, 50 student accommodation flats for the University of Mid-Glamorgan, Park Pride Trefforrest. Main Contractor John Weaver.
Commenced our 51st project, 30 HA. apartments at Moorland Road Cardiff, we took over this contract as the previous contractor had been removed. New Main Contractor Morganstone Ltd.
Contacted through our website by a new contractor to us, United Living. this company specialises in Local Authority social housing. We tendered for a project in Chepstow, 16 affordable apartments and won the contract. Work is due to commence in December 2017.
Revived a reference from Stephen Northan Senior Site Manager and multiple NHBC & LABC award winner. Winner of the NHBC Regional award 2016. This can be viewed along with others on the dedicated reference page of this website.
