Returned our first tender for Redrow Homes, project name. The Rectory Wenvoe.
Delighted to have been invited, by Taylor Wimpey and Stephen Northam to attend the NHBC awards ceremony in Cardiff on the 20th October.
Added another four supervisors to our list of SSSTS qualified supervisor list, after they successfully passed the course this month.
Commenced work on our 57th project, 42 apartments at Gorseinon Swansea, for Jehu Project Services. Main contractor Gwalia Housing Association.
Won our first contract with Wates, a very respected company, for 106 houses and apartments at Llanerdyn Cardiff. Main contractor Cardiff City Housing Association. Work commences for us next month.
Won the second phase timber frame erection, of 155 plots, for Stewart Milne. At the Mill Canton, main contractor Lovell.
Returned our first tender for Lovell, for two steel framed apartment blocks of 80 apartments at The Mill Canton Cardiff.
Received a reference from Jeff Nicholas, project manager Knox & Wells Construction for the school we recently completed for them at Jubilee Park Newport.
Taken delivery of two more Renault Trafic Sport vans to add to our fleet, we have also obtained fleet insurance for all our vehicles so any one over 25 yrs old can drive them .
