Over the next 24 months, they’ll be learning on the job, developing both technical and professional skills, and gaining valuable hands-on experience by working on live projects across the business. From day one, they’ll be immersed in real work environments, supported by experienced teams committed to helping them grow.
This apprenticeship offers a practical pathway for the cohort to develop their skills, gain meaningful industry experience, and establish a solid foundation for their future careers.
