ACS is pleased to welcome five new starters to the business through the Cyfle Building Skills 10-Day Onsite Experience Programme, supporting the next generation of skilled professionals entering the construction industry.
As part of the programme, the five participants are spending 10 days working alongside our experienced team, gaining valuable hands-on experience on site and an insight into the day-to-day realities of working within the industry.
The placement provides an opportunity for each participant to develop practical skills, learn from experienced colleagues and gain a better understanding of the different aspects of a career in construction.
Following successful completion of the programme, all five participants will be offered apprenticeships with ACS, allowing them to continue their training, develop their skills and take the next step towards building long-term careers within the industry.
