The Grow Well Project is a pioneering social prescribing initiative, developed by the charity Grow Cardiff in partnership with the NHS and local health organizations.
Launched in 2016, it uses community gardening as a therapeutic tool to support individuals facing mental health challenges, physical health conditions, loneliness and social isolation.
At Advanced Carpentry Solutions, we’re committed to using our skills to make a positive impact wherever possible and we were delighted to be able to do so once again, assisiting Lovell Partnerships with the design and build of a bespoke pergola as part of their ongoing support for the Grow Well Project.
